Shipping and Returns:

This agreement states the terms and conditions upon which Calinmark Enterprises and OnlyLaptopCarryingCases.com offers its products and services.

Inventory:

We ship all items directly from our warehouse.  Inventory quantities are constantly updated and displayed on our product detail pages.

Shipping:

We ship Monday through Friday and excluding national holidays.  Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after they are received.  Calinmark enterprises offers various ground and expedited shipping methods, please choose desired shipping method during checkout.

Shipping cost:

Consumers will pay shipping charges.  Rates are calculated based on campus USPS/UPS/FedEx published rates plus handling fees.  Ship weight can be found on product detail pages.

No Price Guarantee or Price Protection:

We may adjust prices whenever it is necessary it without notice.

International Sales:

Currently, we do not ship internationally.

Manufacturer Warranty:

Full warranty offered by manufacturers, please contact manufacturer directly for warranty service, unless the unit was DOA.

Warranty Limitations:

Warranty.  Information can be found on product detail page.  And DOA arising from a defective product will be repaired or replaced.  Calinmark Enterprises will not want any item that has been improperly used, physically damaged, or out of warranty period specified.

Warranty Repair:

Items sent back for warranty repair must be tested defecting prior to returning the item.  A service fee will be charged if the returned item is in working condition.

Return and RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number):

All refund requests must be initiated within 3 days of receipt to allow us time to work with our distributor. After 7 days, we offer only repair or replacement.
